Client Review & Feedback Policy

This policy explains how F&K Estimatings will handle testimonials and feedback from the general contractors, subcontractors, and developers we work with. It applies to any testimonial we publish on this website going forward.

1. Written Permission Before Publishing

We publish testimonials only with the client's written permission, and only from clients we have actually delivered work for. We do not buy reviews, write reviews on a client's behalf, or display anonymous endorsements.

2. Prohibition of Incentivized Reviews

We do not offer discounts, complimentary takeoffs, or financial incentives in exchange for positive reviews. We ask for feedback only after a project has been delivered, so it reflects the client's actual experience with our work and turnaround.

3. Editing Feedback

We may correct minor typographical errors in a testimonial, but we will not change its meaning or add claims the client did not make. If a testimonial contains confidential project data, we remove those details with the client's agreement before publishing.

4. Third-Party Review Platforms

Where clients leave reviews on third-party platforms such as Google Business Profile or industry directories, we respond under the same standards and do not ask clients to remove critical feedback.

5. Negative Feedback Resolution

If a client disputes quantities or raises a complaint, we re-check the delivered takeoff against the drawings that were provided, share what we find with the client, and revise the documents if we made an error.
